👨‍🍳 Chef Gurjeet Singh
Gurjeet brings his expertise from Auckland’s North Shore, having worked in a busy kebab restaurant for over 1.5 years. His skills with doner-style meats and authentic preparation techniques shine through in every meal.
👩‍🍳 Chef Mandeep Kaur
Mandeep honed her skills over four years at a Greek restaurant in Cyprus. Her passion for flavour and creativity has led to the development of six signature house-made sauces – now more popular than standard offerings in most kebab shops.
Since taking over The Kebab Konnection in January 2024, chefs Gurjeet Singh and Mandeep Kaur have turned it into one of Christchurch’s most beloved destinations for authentic Mediterranean and Turkish cuisine.
